I get a security warning appear when I try to download Acce-Lerator

How do I get the quickest response from the helpdesk?
Please ensure you attach a screen shot of your problem and describe what you are trying to do - this will help the team to troubleshoot your problem more easily.
How can I reorder my pages?
You can change the order of your pages by simply dragging and dropping them into the required position in the tree structure down the left hand side of the Acce-Lerator window.
Can you resize your images in Acce-Lerator?
You really need a graphics application to resize images before they are uploaded to Acce-Lerator. Paint is a free application with Windows - try a search on your PC for Paint.exe.
What size graphics do I need?
Ideally, for the main window they need to be 300x200 pixels or smaller. For the sidebar they need to be no more than 150x150 pixels. These guidelines apply to the standard output window size, but this can be increased if required.
How can you delete unwanted assets?
There is not an option to delete assets currently, this is a safety net so you don't delete something by mistake.
I can't find a template that does what I want to create
There is usually a workaround using the existing templates. You can email the support desk - we will be happy to help you.
Why is nothing appearing in the preview window?
You need to make sure you have saved your page before you preview it.
What is the best way to transfer my script into Acce-Lerator?
As you may know Word embeds lots of hidden characters in your text. Acce-Lerator will now strip out these characters allowing you to paste your text from Word into Acce-Lerator. Alternatively you can use Notepad.
How do I insert a table?
Position the cursor where you would like your table to appear and click on the Insert Table button on the toolbar. Use the Insert Row and Insert Column button to add any additional rows or columns that you require. Then type or paste text into the cells or drag images from the asset library.
